Farmville Protest (2020)

In the summer of 2020, protests broke out across the country over the death of George Floyd. In Farmville, VA, a group of women lead a series of protests to stand in solidarity with those across the country. They showed that even in the town where the Civil War held its last battle and a school rose to join Brown V. Board of Education, the south stood with them against injustice.
